Rationality is not about knowing facts; it’s about recognizing which facts are relevant.

This formula is central to discovery…and it's even been used for treasure hunting.

Contributor Expectations

Work from the current approved specification and source version. Preserve AGiBa® terminology, number colors, metadata, and documented calculations.

Deliver a scoped change with verification evidence, a change record, and a recovery path. Protect private data and credentials; use only the access approved for the assignment.

Purpose

AGX-100 governs how contributors join, build, verify, and maintain approved parts of the AGiBa® ecosystem.

The program now includes published Powerball HASOMIX Index™ and MADCAP™ tools alongside continuing Terminal AZUL™ engineering. Each assignment must distinguish operational features, prototypes, and proposed mechanics.

Scope

AGX-100 applies to contributors maintaining published tools, implementing approved features, or developing specifications. Readiness is assessed for each component and assignment; unfinished platform-wide work does not prevent a defined, testable task.

The public standard describes responsibilities. Detailed procedures, source files, private data, access arrangements, and recovery instructions belong in the approved project workspace.

Development Status & Current Priorities

Updated October 18, 2026. The Drum Blog™ publishes Powerball HASOMIX Index™ views and a server-side MADCAP™ historical-pattern checker. These working components do not imply that every Terminal AZUL™ capability is operational.

Current work covers verified draw updates, pattern matching and counts, accessible interfaces, documented data handling, testing, and maintenance. Dealer-hand actions, player-state changes, and other game mechanics require approved rules and verified integration before being described as live.

The broader architecture, governance documents, and Design System™ continue to evolve. Readiness and contributor assignments are assessed by component, with a defined scope, acceptance criteria, and recovery plan.

No platform-wide beta date is committed. Earlier calendar targets are superseded; future dates depend on specification readiness and engineering validation.

Areas of Collaboration

As the project progresses, opportunities for collaboration may become available in areas including:

  • Website Development

  • Software Engineering

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • Data Engineering

  • User Experience (UX)

  • Visual Design

  • Technical Documentation

  • Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Product Strategy

  • Research & Analytics

Additional disciplines may be introduced as the platform evolves.

Working Standards

Use the latest approved source and reconcile concurrent changes before saving. Keep source URLs, verification dates, correction evidence, and a recoverable prior version.

Test the actual user workflow, including leading zeros, repeated digits, input separators, counts, and unavailable data. Pending is not zero. Historical frequency is not a prediction or a guarantee.

Verify the published result after release. Describe only integrated actions that were actually performed; do not imply that a hand was dealt or a player record changed without evidence.

Keep private data and implementation details server-side where appropriate. Publicly displayed designs and results cannot be made impossible to copy.

Evaluation Process

Prospective collaborators may be evaluated through the following process.

Phase 1 — Initial Contact

Interested individuals submit a business inquiry describing their background, experience, and area of interest.

Public Statement

AGiBa® welcomes business inquiries from people able to contribute to a defined engineering, data, design, research, documentation, or quality-assurance task. Published tools require ongoing maintenance while additional platform capabilities are developed.

An inquiry is not an appointment or a promise of access. Scope, responsibilities, permissions, and acceptance criteria must be agreed before an assignment begins.

Phase 2 — AI-Assisted Review

AI-assisted evaluation tools may be used to organize information, compare experience with project requirements, identify potential areas of contribution, and provide structured observations.

AI-assisted reviews support the evaluation process only.

They do not approve, reject, hire, or authorize participation.

Phase 3 — Founder Review

The Founder & Product Owner reviews the applicant's background, technical alignment, experience, and potential contribution to the project.

Additional discussions may be requested before any collaboration begins.

Phase 4 — Project Assignment

If both parties determine that a collaboration is appropriate, contributors may be invited to participate in specific projects, milestones, or implementation activities.

Participation may begin only after the relevant governance documents and technical specifications have reached an appropriate level of maturity.

Decision Authority

AI provides structured observations, technical analysis, and specification support.

Final decisions regarding collaboration, contributor selection, project assignments, implementation priorities, and approvals remain exclusively with the Founder & Product Owner.
